A business leader with over 30 years of rich experience in entrepreneurship, management and driving change, Kirti is currently with nasscom, as CEO for the IT-ITES Sector Skills Council. Prior to this, she was heading the prestigious FutureSkills Prime project, a digital skilling initiative that is a partnership between the Government of India and nasscom.
In her last avatar in the corporate world, she was the CEO of the joint venture between Genpact and NIIT called NIIT Uniqua, a training organisation focused on the IT-ITES sector. Over the years, her leadership experience has ranged from being a founder-entrepreneur of a 500-employee organisation, managing 2 turn-around stories and was an advisor for learning and development to global organisations in NIIT’s Global Consulting and Advisory practice, like Shell, Rio Tinto, Bank of America and Quintiles.
Kirti completed her BA in Economics from Delhi University and her MBA from the IIM, Calcutta, India’s premier management institute. Along the way, she became a certified Executive Coach and a Certified Practitioner of Learning and Performance from ATD. She was certified as a Scrum Master more than 10 years ago and has been converted to the tribe of Agile, ever since.
