A business leader with over 30 years of rich experience in entrepreneurship, management and driving change, Kirti is currently with nasscom, as CEO for the IT-ITES Sector Skills Council. Prior to this, she was heading the prestigious FutureSkills Prime project, a digital skilling initiative that is a partnership between the Government of India and nasscom.

In her last avatar in the corporate world, she was the CEO of the joint venture between Genpact and NIIT called NIIT Uniqua, a training organisation focused on the IT-ITES sector. Over the years, her leadership experience has ranged from being a founder-entrepreneur of a 500-employee organisation, managing 2 turn-around stories and was an advisor for learning and development to global organisations in NIIT’s Global Consulting and Advisory practice, like Shell, Rio Tinto, Bank of America and Quintiles.

Kirti completed her BA in Economics from Delhi University and her MBA from the IIM, Calcutta, India’s premier management institute. Along the way, she became a certified Executive Coach and a Certified Practitioner of Learning and Performance from ATD. She was certified as a Scrum Master more than 10 years ago and has been converted to the tribe of Agile, ever since.

Navanit is responsible for driving adoption and learner success of the FutureSkills platform and is very passionate about ensuring digital democracy across the large masses in the country. He believes this will ensure a much smarter and effective way of working and lead to a more prosperous and Globally competitive nation. Navanit brings with him 3 decades of rich business leadership experience. He’s been one of the pioneers of the ITeS industry and was responsible for setting up and scaling the Procurement and Supply Chain Services offering of Genpact from the very start. He also led IBM Global Process Services’ Customer Care and Tech product services business in India spanning a ~25000 strong team across 23+ centers in India. He’s been a serial entrepreneur also and has setup and scaled businesses cutting across Supply Chain, IoT, Agri Tech, Health Tech, Healthcare retail etc.

Pramod Idiculla is the Head of Design & Content Development for nasscom FutureSkills Prime. With over 3 decades of rich experience across the IT, Education and Agricultural sector, he has worked across multiple cultures and geographies, covering USA, Europe, APAC and India. The major roles where Pramod has significantly contributed are in PnL responsibility, Entrepreneurship, Operations, Sales, Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions.

Upmith is a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience in government advisory, public procurement, and digital transformation. He is currently the project lead for FutureSkills Prime with nasscom. Prior to this, Upmith has been associated with organizations like Wipro, Cognizant, Deloitte and PwC. He joins nasscom from Government e-Marketplace (GeM), Department of Commerce, GoI, where he was heading the Program Management and Marketplace Health initiatives. He holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from NIT Allahabad and a 2 year flagship MBA from IIM, Lucknow. Upmith has worked closely with numerous ministers, senior bureaucrats, and the industry to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of citizen service delivery and has played an instrumental role in the prestigious public procurement transformation initiative of Government of India (GeM), including in defining and establishing organization design, processes, staffing, self-sustenance model, policy interventions etc. He has advised clients on various aspects, ranging from conceptualization, strategizing, implementation and hand holding. Upmith has multiple publications to his credit, including in ABDC ranked journals.

Dr. Sandhya Chintala is the Executive Director/CEO of IT- ITeS Sector Skills Council nasscom (SSC nasscom), which is an integral part of nasscom. SSC nasscom addresses the ‘Education & Skills Development Initiative’ of this industry body for the country. Dr. Sandhya Chintala is also the Vice President of the National Association of Software and Service Companies (nasscom), which is the chamber of commerce of the IT-BPM industry.

Rajesh joined as a Deputy Director (Finance) at nasscom in December 2022. With over 25 years of experience in finance, Rajesh has a rich background spanning various industries in both the Indian and international private sectors, including prominent organizations such as Accenture, Ambuja Cements Ltd, Ballarpur Industries Ltd, Ceinsys Tech Ltd, CAE Simulation Technologies Pvt Ltd, and his contributions to public-private partnerships at NISG. Prior to joining nasscom, Rajesh served as the Vice President and Deputy CFO at Ceinsys Tech Ltd, where he made significant contributions to the company's financial strategies and operations. Rajesh holds the distinction of being a Fellow Member of ICAI (Cost) and a Certified Management Accountant recognized by The Institute of Management Accountants of the USA. He completed his Commerce degree from Nagpur University, demonstrating his commitment to excellence in the field of finance. Rajesh's wealth of experience and qualifications make him a valuable asset to our team at nasscom.

Girish is a passionate and seasoned professional with 36+ years of varied glocal industry experience (Automotive, Aerospace, Rail Transportation, IT-ITeS sectors). A Mechanical engineer by education and a hard-core automotive designer (22 yrs) by profession, he has contributed in some way or the other in the interior design of various Indian and international brands of cars. Moving with changing times, with the advent of IT enabled business models, Girish played an instrumental role in setting up an automotive offshore engineering design services (ER&D) center for a MNC at Pune. Operating in various senior CXO roles, apart from handling corporate functions like Quality, PMO, RM, BESt, etc., he managed large accounts in Aerospace and Rail Transportation sectors. In his last corporate assignment, he was working for a well-known Indian MNC from ER&D space, has been setting up a near shore CoE at Prague (Czech Republic) for a reputed rail transportation OEM. Girish is working with SSC nasscom since three years heading the implementation of Apprenticeship, RPL, FutureSkills Prime and other NSDC/MSDE/MHRD driven skilling initiatives across IT-ITeS and other industry sectors in India.

Deepika is leading the marketing workstream for FutureSkills Prime through a hypothesis-driven, rapid test and learn approach. She has championed various communications campaigns and overall promotion of the MeitY-nasscom FutureSkills Prime platform, with over 17 years of rich experience garnered from her career through past association with organizations like McKinsey. She has adorned many hats while being part of a market research start-up including Product Management. Her vision and approach are to strategize, implement and execute GTM activities that ensure customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Working with several cross-functional teams for the adoption of the platform, she has an entrepreneurial spirit to shape the brand image and growth of the initiative.

Jyotsna leads the Blended Learning Program for nasscom FutureSkills. Prior to joining nasscom, Jyotsna was with General Electric and GENPACT with over 20 years of experience in the US and India. She has held several leadership roles and senior management positions during her career at GE and GENPACT. Her roles involved managing a half a billion dollars Purchased Service operations for GE, creating first women only BPO centre of 3000 employees in Saudi Arabia, heading Global Supply Chain Operations & Partnerships, F&A Solutions, P & L Management.

Priya is working as a Consultant at nasscom FutureSkills with over 28 years of professional experience in creating and nurturing business lines with some of the largest players in the IT services industry like Cognizant and Wipro. She has been with nasscom FutureSkills since April 2019, responsible for driving cyber security capability building to now designing various innovative programs to help with FutureSkills Prime adoption. An alumnus of SJCE Mysore. She started her professional journey in 1994 as the typical entrant (programmer) and went to head a Business Unit at Cognizant. From 2013, she was working passionately as the Global Delivery head of Security Practice in Cybersecurity at Cognizant. She has presented technology solutions in many international and national forums. She then moved out of the corporate world into an industry body DSCI (nasscom Initiative) as Industry lead to focus on making India a global talent hub for security. Her proven areas of expertise are constant learning of the latest technology, starting from AS/400 in 90’s to the Internet to Middleware solutions to Security solutions in the recent past.
