A business leader with over 30 years of rich experience in entrepreneurship, management and driving change, Kirti is currently with NASSCOM, as CEO for the IT-ITES Sector Skills Council. Prior to this, she was heading the prestigious FutureSkills Prime project, a digital skilling initiative that is a partnership between the Government of India and NASSCOM.
In her last avatar in the corporate world, she was the CEO of the joint venture between Genpact and NIIT called NIIT Uniqua, a training organisation focused on the IT-ITES sector. Over the years, her leadership experience has ranged from being a founder-entrepreneur of a 500-employee organisation, managing 2 turn-around stories and was an advisor for learning and development to global organisations in NIIT’s Global Consulting and Advisory practice, like Shell, Rio Tinto, Bank of America and Quintiles.
Kirti completed her BA in Economics from Delhi University and her MBA from the IIM, Calcutta, India’s premier management institute. Along the way, she became a certified Executive Coach and a Certified Practitioner of Learning and Performance from ATD. She was certified as a Scrum Master more than 10 years ago and has been converted to the tribe of Agile, ever since.
Dr. Sandhya Chintala is the Executive Director/CEO of IT- ITeS Sector Skills Council NASSCOM (SSC NASSCOM), which is an integral part of NASSCOM. SSC NASSCOM addresses the ‘Education & Skills Development Initiative’ of this industry body for the country. Dr. Sandhya Chintala is also the Vice President of the National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM), which is the chamber of commerce of the IT-BPM industry.
Priya is working as a Consultant at NASSCOM FutureSkills with over 28 years of professional experience in creating and nurturing business lines with some of the largest players in the IT services industry like Cognizant and Wipro. She has been with NASSCOM FutureSkills since April 2019, responsible for driving cyber security capability building to now designing various innovative programs to help with FutureSkills Prime adoption. An alumnus of SJCE Mysore. She started her professional journey in 1994 as the typical entrant (programmer) and went to head a Business Unit at Cognizant. From 2013, she was working passionately as the Global Delivery head of Security Practice in Cybersecurity at Cognizant. She has presented technology solutions in many international and national forums. She then moved out of the corporate world into an industry body DSCI (NASSCOM Initiative) as Industry lead to focus on making India a global talent hub for security. Her proven areas of expertise are constant learning of the latest technology, starting from AS/400 in 90’s to the Internet to Middleware solutions to Security solutions in the recent past.
Asheesh Sabarwal is the Head of Industry Partnerships for NASSCOM FutureSkills Prime. In his ability, Asheesh is responsible for developing & nurturing NASSCOM’s strategic alliances with industry partners with a view to bringing best-in-class technologies, content, courses, and programs from the world’s technology leaders to the learners on the FutureSkills Prime ecosystem. With over 23 years of rich experience in leadership, management, strategy, business planning, marketing & sales, he has worked across multiple continents and sectors including technology (Microland, IBM, Microsoft), education (Pearson), and non-profit (MSF, DNDi).
Asheesh holds a Masters's in International Business from ENPC Paris, a Management Post Graduation from SIMS Pune, and a Bachelor's in Engineering from Mangalore University. In his spare time, he enjoys growing urban forests and is a proponent of large-scale reforestation efforts. He is certified in Water Harvesting from IGNOU.

She is currently working as a Lead FutureSkills Academia & Government Relationships with NASSCOM FutureSkills. Her areas of strength are Edtech Solutions & Competency mapped programs for skill development. Over the years, she was building creative and innovative programs to bridge the industry-academia gap. Her ability lies in Managing End-to-End learning and Development lifecycle to identify and translate students learning needs into high-impact customized learning solutions & Curriculum building training teams to deliver quality education.
She brings with her rich experience of setting up the Startup venture and spearheading Academic campus operations with zero defect service delivery.
